Children Malnutrition and Reasons in Developing Countries

Nutrition problems are one of the important concerns of the developing countries. This is more sensitive in the infants and children. They have been suffering malnutrition. There are multiple factors involved in the reason of malnutrition. These factors may be responsible individually or accompanied by others. The capability of the factors varies from country to country, population to population. Nevertheless the children start gaining weight with the same food if they are kept parasite free. The parasitic infections as a cause of malnutrition which involves the following factors.
1. Geographic location of the country
Natural calamities like high rainfall, flood, earthquake and dry weather or drought to make parasites.      
2. Prevalence of parasitic infection
The most serious problems among young children in development countries relate specially to weaning practices and are integrally related to the high prevalence of diarrhoeal disease. 
3. Availability of food
Family income and wealth most likely represent the primary determinants of household food intake.

Food shortage, poor economy, poor socio economic condition, housing problem, employment problem has made effect of over population of a nation. So planned family or each family has one or two children must be introduced within people.
Exercise:
Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons. These include 
Strengthening muscles, improves mental health, cognitive development of Childhood through ECD intervention.

Sun light:
Eye stain, headache, loss of efficiency and lack of concentration which is effects of ill sun lights and the other hand good or sufficient sunlight is essential for proper vision as well as health and mental.
Fresh air: 
Polluted air creates respiratory illness, chronic bronchitis and other health hazards which are harmful to children. Destruction of crops and tress as well as environment Causes of polluted air. So fresh air is mandatory to growth children significantly.
Treatment and prevention of parasite diseases:
